Helios
Reservoir
Part of an innovative
liquid oxygen system which provides 24-hour home oxygen therapy with,
typically, less than one liquid oxygen delivery per month. The patient has a
source of liquid oxygen to fill their Helios portable at home. Unique design
virtually eliminates oxygen evaporative losses both in stand-by mode and
portable that are nearly identical, except for the liquid oxygen storage
tank.
Helios 300 Portable
This extremely small, lightweight, portable liquid oxygen
unit can be used as a 24-hour interface for the oxygen therapy patient. When
used with Helios Reservoir, it provides an integrated oxygen delivery system
for: 10 hours ambulatory use at flow setting of 2 LPM, or, with a conserving
module for sleep and sedentary use at home, attached by flexible tube to the
reservoir, a patient may breathe gaseous oxygen and minimize evaporative losses
from the reservoir.
Oxygen Concentrator
Operates on electricity. The use of oxygen therapy requires
that special care be taken to reduce the risk of fire. Oxygen concentrators are
equipped with a diagnostic alarm system that signals if the pneumatic pressure
or electric system malfunctions. Wheelchairs
